Is submitting an order a payment?

No. You submit an order request, we confirm the details and your total, then you pay by Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. Production starts after we verify payment.

How is shipping calculated?

The order page shows a shipping estimate from our USPS Priority Mail rate table. We confirm the final shipping total before you pay.

What’s in a kit?

M1: top organizer + cotton box. L1: top organizer + cotton box + side box. L2: top organizer + cotton box + extended side section. Carrying cases are optional: $40 Medium, $45 Large.

Are the supplies in the photos included?

No. Bottles, polish, drills, tools and other supplies shown are for demonstration unless you add them to your order.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. One free replacement per purchased item within 12 months of purchase. Covers cracks, everyday breakage and accidental drops. It replaces the damaged item or component, not automatically a whole kit. Request a Replacement.

How long until it ships?

Made-to-order kits: please allow a minimum of 3 days for preparation after order confirmation and payment verification. We’ll confirm your expected ship date. Ordering with a carrying case? Your kit and purchased add-ons ship together in the case. Please allow up to 5 days for preparation before shipment. Delivery time is additional.
